With over 20 years of experience in corporate administration and 15 years serving in ministry, Amanda Washington brings a unique blend of professionalism, purpose, and faith to every assignment. As the founder and lead executive administrator of The Phebe Collective, LLC, Amanda has faithfully supported a diverse range of leaders — from small business owners and nonprofit directors to apostles, pastors, and five-fold ministry leaders.

Her calling is clear: to elevate the standard of administrative excellence while empowering faith-based and purpose-driven organizations through structure, strategy, and Spirit-led support.

Rooted in service and led by grace, Amanda believes administration is more than a skill — it’s a ministry.

In Romans 16:1–2, the Apostle Paul introduces Phebe (or Phoebe) as “a servant of the church at Cenchrea” and commends her as a helper of many, including himself. Phebe was not only a faithful servant but a trusted courier of Paul’s epistle — a woman of integrity, influence, and administrative strength in the early church.

Amanda Washington chose the name The Phebe Collective as a powerful reflection of her calling: to serve leaders with excellence, confidentiality, and spiritual sensitivity, just as Phebe did. Like her biblical namesake, Amanda operates behind the scenes, making sure everything flows with order, clarity, and divine purpose.
